1. Eligibility and Membership

You must be at least 18 years old to use Onlyst. Membership is subject to review and may be approved, declined, suspended, or removed at our discretion to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of the community.

2. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Community Conduct

You may not harass, threaten, impersonate others, post unlawful or harmful content, scrape data, attempt to bypass moderation, or use Onlyst in a way that damages the service or other members.

4. Content and Profiles

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile information and photos. You grant Onlyst a limited license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Events and Interactions

Onlyst may surface member events, social opportunities, and community features. You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions with other members.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, when enabled, are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other members, or misuse the service. You may stop using Onlyst at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Onlyst is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or that every member interaction will meet your expectations.
