This Privacy Policy explains how Soflution LTD processes personal data when you apply for membership, use the Onlyst app, attend events, or interact with community features.
1. Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of data:
- Account data, including phone number, email, name, age, and city.
- Profile data, including photos, occupation, Instagram handle, and bio.
- Application and membership review information.
- Event, RSVP, message, and community interaction data.
- Device data needed for notifications, security, and diagnostics.
2. Contacts
If you grant contacts permission, Onlyst uses your contacts to identify friends who may already be members and to support referral features. Contacts are used for this purpose only and are not sold.
3. Location
If you grant location permission, Onlyst uses your approximate city to show nearby members and events. You can manage location access in your device settings.
4. Photos and Camera
Photo library and camera access are used to let you add profile photos. You control which photos you provide.
5. How We Use Data
We use personal data to operate the app, review applications, provide community features, personalize discovery, improve safety, send notifications, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, messaging, payments, and customer support. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
7. Payments
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Onlyst does not receive your full payment card details. Subscription status may be processed through RevenueCat to unlock paid features.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
9. Your Choices
You can update profile data in the app, change device permissions in system settings, unsubscribe from paid plans through Apple, and request deletion or privacy assistance by contacting us.
